Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At Savayah, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required under applicable law or otherwise approved by Savayah.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused, unworn and unwashed.
Be free from stains, damage, alterations, perfume or other signs of use.
Have all original tags, labels and accessories attached.
Be returned in its original packaging, wherever applicable.
Be accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected following inspection.

3. Return Convenience Fee

A ₹99 return convenience fee applies to eligible customer-requested returns.

For approved returns, this fee will be deducted from the refund amount or otherwise communicated to you before the return is confirmed.

The return convenience fee does not apply to eligible claims involving products received damaged, defective or incorrect, once verified by Savayah.

Any applicable delivery or Cash on Delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable for customer-requested returns, subject to applicable law.

4. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Returns may be declined for products that:

Have been worn, washed, used, altered or damaged after delivery.
Have missing, detached or tampered-with tags.
Are returned without required original packaging or accessories.
Show signs of misuse or do not match the product originally supplied.

If a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us so that we can review the issue. Such claims will not be rejected solely because the product falls within a general return exclusion.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Contact us at savayahindia@gmail.com or 9953705507 within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, product details and reason for return.
Share photographs or other information requested to assess the return, if applicable.
Wait for return approval and instructions from our team.
Pack the product securely with its original tags and packaging.
Hand over the product through the approved pickup or return-shipping process.

Please do not send a product back without receiving return instructions.

6. Return Pickup and Shipping

Where reverse pickup is available, Savayah will arrange pickup through its logistics partner after approval.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we may ask you to return the product using an approved courier service. Any reimbursement of return-shipping charges will be communicated during the return approval process.

The ₹99 return convenience fee remains applicable to eligible customer-requested returns unless Savayah confirms otherwise.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number.
Clear photographs of the product and the issue.
Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label, where available.
An unboxing video, if available, to help us investigate.

We will review the claim and may arrange a replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

For verified claims accepted under this section, the ₹99 return convenience fee will not apply.

8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval by Savayah.

Please contact customer support within the 7-day return window. The item must satisfy the applicable return eligibility conditions.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss the available resolution with you.

9. Refund Eligibility and Processing

Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and passes the applicable quality inspection.

Once approved:

Prepaid orders: Refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds may be processed through a verified bank account or UPI method, subject to the information and verification required.
Approved damaged or incorrect-product claims: Refunds will be processed according to the approved resolution.

We aim to initiate approved refunds within 5–7 business days after the return has been received, inspected and approved. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

10. Refund Deductions

For eligible customer-requested returns, the ₹99 convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount where communicated and applicable.

Original shipping charges, COD fees and other non-refundable charges, if any, will be handled according to the terms disclosed at checkout and applicable law.

No return fee will be charged for verified damaged, defective or incorrect-product claims accepted by Savayah.

11. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting customer support.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery, subject to this policy.

If Savayah cancels an order after payment has been collected, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

12. Return Rejections

If a returned product fails the quality inspection because it does not meet the eligibility conditions, Savayah may reject the return and contact you with the reason. Where appropriate, we may arrange to send the product back to you.
