Applicable taxes and additional charges will be shown where required and, where possible, before you complete checkout.

If payment has already been collected for an order that is cancelled, the eligible amount will be refunded.

We offer the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include prepaid payment options and Cash on Delivery in eligible locations.

Payments are subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider.

You must provide accurate payment and contact details. Do not share your OTP, password or confidential payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent Savayah.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered through our designated logistics partners to serviceable locations.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary because of location, courier capacity, weather, operational issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.

A ₹99 convenience fee applies to eligible customer-requested returns. Verified damaged, defective or incorrect-product claims accepted by Savayah are exempt from this fee.

Refunds, exchanges and cancellations are subject to the applicable policy and consumer-protection requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Savayah name, branding, logos, website design, text, graphics, product photographs and other website content belong to Savayah or the respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit this content without appropriate permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
