1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment authorization.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (where applicable).

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery timelines may vary based on location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders, promotions or minimum order values.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected serviceable locations.

Please note:

  • COD availability depends on delivery pincode.
  • Savayah reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, orders or locations.
  • Orders placed using COD may be subject to verification before dispatch.

4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

  • Standard International Delivery: 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs processing and courier operations.

International Shipping Charges

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Order weight
  • Shipping method selected

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied by the destination country.

  • Such charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Savayah is not responsible for customs delays.

6. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Savayah shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept shipment

Additional re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

  • Photos of damaged package/product (if applicable)
  • Issue details

We will review and assist as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
